I have to say that I feel like I have the best baby in the entire world, which leads me to believe that my next child may be more than a handful! Levi is typically a calm, quiet, happy, smiley, flirty little boy. He loves, loves, loves to charm the ladies. The look that he gives is hilarious. We went to a birthday party this weekend and most of the children were 4, 5, or 6 years old, so Levi didn't have a whole lot to do especially when the children were enamored by the 6' Spongebob in the room! Sometimes I feel a little uncomfortable because people are always commenting on how cute Levi is. I mean, to an extent to where I don't know what to say. The first and second time they say he's cute I usually say "thanks", but then when they say they want to take him home or keep him for their little girl or grandbaby I just don't know what to say! It's very flattering don't get me wrong, cause I know he's cute, I just don't want everyone to know that I know just how cute he really is, outsite the mommy-bias! So, let me tell you how he charms the ladies. He'll start out with just a little stare to a new face (typically a female face) and then the stare turns into a little smile, little smirk. Then he pulls out the big guns, a full-blown cheesy grin, white teeth glaring, with eyes a little squinty, shrugging into his shoulders a bit, and then in the end he slightly tilts his head for the kill! And there you have it! That's how he charms the ladies. Works every time.

Levi plays really well with others. He hasn't learned any bad habits yet and is pretty easy going. He doesn't fuss if someone else takes his toys or bangs him in the head either on purpose or accidentally. He just continues to play in his happy state. When we are at home we play alot together, but he also plays very well independently, which I feel is very important. He is usually pretty quiet when he plays and he loves blocks and other small toys. You will always find something in his hand or maybe even both hands. He carries these things with him and 99.9% of the time it is a block (the blue cylidrical ones are his all-time fave). He also loves books. I never knew that a 12 month old could sit quietly with a few books for 10 minutes and be totally happy! He has no idea what the story is, he just loves the pictures and loves to turn the pages! It's really sweet. He really loves animals especially dogs, cats, cows, and ducks. Every time he sees something that resembles a duck you can hear him say "guck". Such a smart little boy. I have a video of him playing, which will probably be pretty boring because he is content to sit there (and while I only recorded a minute he was playing with these two white blocks for about 5-7 minutes) and play quietly by himself while mommy was busy doing something. Don't feel obligated to watch the whole thing as I'm sure you'll get the picture right away!
Okay, now I'm off for a little fun play time with Levi before his morning nap! :)

I can see that little flirt in every grin!
Well, he is a SUPER cute little guy! But yeah what do you say when the person has told you for the 10th time how cute?! I usually say "thanks, we think so!" lol!
Cute video! Isn't it funny how they can get so wrapped up in something that seems so unentertaining (to us)?
Give him (((hugs)) from Brityn and me.
p.s. your next one???? anything new with you ;)
Ah..yes! The first child. They are so great and quiet and confident!
Chances are, your next will not be so..how do we say...easy?
But, you never know.
He is really cute though...feel lucky they tell you he is cute over and over. Because if they were saying things like..."oh, he has such interesting features" You might have to worry. lol!
That is so wonderful that he plays so well by himself! Kendra clings to my legs despite my best efforts. Did you ever do pack n'play time, or did Levi just start playing alone well?
He IS a cutie pie! So funny how he flirts... I hope my next baby is as laid-back as he is!
