Apple Orchard, Fall Festival, Visits with Grandma's, and the Best Picture Ever!

A few weeks ago, we went to Anderson Apple Orchard with my MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers) group. We had such a fun time! It was a perfect day, just barely cool, and just enough to see fall on it's way! We picked apples, saw a real live TRACTOR, and drank apple cider! Sooo much fun!!

Great Grandma Rauch is in town for a visit! We love Great Grandma Rauch!! She's wonderful, lovable, and cuddly!! Levi likes her glasses. ;)

We also went to visit Mallory's other Great Grandma!! What a great week! Visits from both Great Grandma's! How fun!! And Great Grandma B makes the BEST cheesecake! I want her recipe!! :)



So, this past Saturday I took the kids by myself to the Franklin Fall Festival. It was sooo much fun!! Err, well, in theory it was alot of fun. I realized that sometimes it's not easy taking two kids out by myself. Usually, I am just fine, but when you have to push a double stroller through a gigantic crowd while trying to hold your walking taco and your son's hot dog in your hands that it's NOT an easy task!! Then trying to feed your son his hot dog while your new born is crying and wants to be held because she has gas all while it's chilly and you want to eat your walking taco before it gets cold is no easy, stress-free task. But in the end it was worth it all! We did meet up with our friends Brandi and Chris and watched the parade. Levi still talks about the parade!!

A cute story - Mallory was crying as we were trying to get out the door the other day and Levi went and found this to give to her! How cute!! (By the way, I've never given that doll to her and he never plays with it, so how he knew she would like a doll and not a tractor is beyond me! One point for nature in nature vs. nurture!)
